Policy Statement

I collect the email addresses from visitors to this website who wish to communicate with me via email. The information collected may be used to improve the content of the web site, used to customise the content and/or layout of our content for individual consumers and used by me to contact people for marketing purposes. I do not share your information with other organisations, unless explicitly instructed to do so.

If you do not want to receive email from me in the future, please let me know by sending an email, calling or writing, and telling me that you do not want to receive email from me/my company.

If you are on a mailing list, you may receive email correspondence from time to time. If you wish to be removed from these lists simply ask and I will remove you from the list(s).

Terms of Engagement

I keep my terms of engagement simple.

Bookings. Once we have agreed dates and fees for the work you will receive a deposit invoice from me which confirms and secured the booking(s).

Payment: Please pay for our work within 14 days from receipt of invoice. If our work together spans a period of five working days or more, we will agree a payment plan before starting the work. I recognise the critical importance of cashflow and pay my supplier invoices very promptly, and appreciate similar promptness from customers, thank you. In the event of late payment, I reserve the right to charge late payment interest and fees in accordance with current UK Government practice.

Cancellation and Postponement. Once we have agreed dates for our work – myself and any agreed associates are fully committed to you, however we appreciate that sometimes, plans change. Should you need to cancel or postpone a booking you have made, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed fee for cancellations and postponements of three months notice or more, 70% of the agreed fee for cancellations or postponements between three months and one month notice, and 100% of the agreed fee for any cancellations or postponements with less than one months notice.

Terms of Use Statement

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Insurance

I maintain Professional Civil Liability insurance at all times, with an indemnity limit of £1,500,000 and a public liability limit of £10,000,000. As required I raise the level to suit my client’s requirements.
