I’m heading to Manchester for a few days of useful fun at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition. I’m sure there will be loads to see, do and learn about. The CIPD have kindly asked me to help curate some of the emerging content over at their tumblr site, and I’d really appreciate your help.
