Engaging Leadership. An Experiment With Value Based Pricing

Following the success of our first co-created conference we’re running another, titled Engaging Leadership, in London on November 3rd 2010. The day will be loosely structured around leadership, communication, behaviour and information overload. What effects do they have on you, your colleagues and your customers, and how can we lead and encourage people to make work better?

Uniquely we are offering this event using a value based pricing model. How does that work? You can buy up to two tickets per organisation (we thought it would be nice if you could bring a friend) at a cost of £0, zero pounds. Come along to the conference in Central London on November 3rd 2010 from 10am to 5pm. Meet interesting people, learn and share useful ideas to take away and generate increased enthusiasm and new ideas with your people to make an immediate impact on your organisation.

After the event we will share with you all the learning and value from the day and you decide what, if anything, the event was worth, and pay us accordingly. No strings, no pressure. You decide.

We want this to be the start of a new way of engaging and learning. Ideally we hope you will make a contribution based on the value you or your firm has gained from this event so we can sustain and grow this model into next year and beyond. But it is up to you. Entirely up to you.

We already have confirmed attendees from Vodafone, O2, The Affinity Trust, E.On and HRzone. We have to limit attendance to fewer than forty people and we hope you can join us too.

Warning!

We do not recommend this event to anyone who plans to continue to act and behave in the way they always have done and yet expect different results and outcomes. You will meet interesting and useful people. You run the risk of learning something new and you will be asked to take action. You have been warned.
